Orders placed and paid for and orders with cash on delivery are shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday until 2:00 p.m. Items are carefully packed and secured for shipping. In order to provide our customers with quick delivery of the purchased items, parcels are sent by DHL courier. Couriers usually deliver parcels in Poland on the next working day. They do not work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If the courier did not find the person authorized to collect the package at the place of delivery, he will leave the AWIZO or contact you by phone. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Despite our best efforts, unfortunately we are not 100% sure that the carrier will deliver the package intact. Please check the package in the presence of the courier. In case of damage to the goods, write down a report in the presence of the courier.
