ALESIS Sample Pad Pro

Alesis SamplePad is a compact instrument that gives you access to an unlimited palette of sounds and configuration possibilities. The device features four percussion pads, and its memory comes pre-loaded with 25 powerful electronic drum sounds. The main advantage of this equipment, however, is the ability to load your own samples using a standard SD card. Additionally, the rear panel of the device allows you to plug in an external trigger to expand your setup.

Thanks to its small size, the device can be installed practically anywhere. SamplePad fits very easily into any drum kit. The whole process is like adding another drum to your existing setup. All thanks to the excellent Alesis Module Mount (sold separately). In studio situations, the device simply needs to be placed on a desk or table.

SamplePad is the absolute opposite of all bulky, complex percussion pads. If you are looking for a small, functional, and easy-to-use piece of equipment, SamplePad is exactly what you need! It gives you access to a huge number of sounds that you define yourself and upload to the device's internal library.

Alesis SamplePad comes with a built-in set of acoustic and electronic drum and percussion sounds. These are standard sounds used by practically every drummer. Additionally, by adding your own samples, you can create completely custom sound sets triggered by the pads or an external trigger (e.g., bass drum pedal). Built-in sounds also include Latin American and Asian instruments.

SamplePad can be connected to an amplifier, PA system, or recording system using standard 1/4" jack cables. To minimize noise, the signal can be monitored using headphones. The additional trigger input (bass drum pedal) is compatible with most devices available on the market, such as the Alesis DMPad or RealHead Kick Pad.

A very clear interface enables quick and efficient configuration and avoids wading through nested, complex menus. To change the sound bank, simply select the appropriate option using a very convenient knob.
