Description
Fat Cat Snappy Snares Dual-Adjustable are professional snare wires created for maximum sound control and precise adjustment. Made of low-mass high-carbon steel, the wires provide exceptional sensitivity and fast response with every stroke. Stainless steel end plates prevent deformation under high tension, guaranteeing durability and stability.
A unique feature of this model is the independent tension adjustment of the center section and the outer strands. The center screw allows you to tighten only the middle section, leaving the side strands to be adjusted independently. This allows for, for example, a powerful, short backbeat while maintaining longer sustain at the edges – ideal for precise sound and snare drum control. Pitched ends ensure that the wires work great with modern, shallow snare drums.
