GRV Raw Birch Drum Shell 14" x 6.5" – raw birch shell for snare drum building

GRV Raw Birch 14" x 6.5" raw drum shell is designed for snare drum building. The shell is made from birch, with a 6-ply construction and 7 mm thickness.

No mounting holes allows you to plan the hardware layout yourself, including lugs, snare throw-off, butt plate, air vent, and other parts. This makes it possible to adapt the shell to a specific project and selected hardware type.

The shell edges are unfinished, so they require further work before installing heads and hardware. Birch provides a clear attack and good projection, so it works well for building a snare drum with a more focused and defined character.
