Crash cymbal by Sabian.
The Sabian FRX series features "frequency reduced" cymbals. They are standard B20 bronze cymbals that produce frequencies that are perceived as less loud by the ear. They are not, therefore, low-volume cymbals. These cymbals are designed for playing in situations where the normal volume of cymbals is not desirable. They feature holes around their perimeter, which achieve the effect of reduced volume.
