Best Wood
For the production of SilverFox drumsticks, the highest quality wood is selected and dried at a strictly defined humidity, which prevents cracking and warping of the sticks.
Precise Production Process
Each SilverFox drumstick is shaped on a highly precise lathe, ensuring a perfectly straight profile. After obtaining the perfect shape, the sticks are finished in a 5-step sanding and smoothing process. The whole is completed by the individual lacquering of each drumstick with DuracrylxTM. It is harder than ordinary lacquer, thanks to which SilverFox sticks have a two to three times longer lifespan than competing drumsticks.
Strict Quality Control
SilverFox sticks are individually and repeatedly checked during various stages of production. An uncompromising approach to quality control ensures perfect balance and shape for every drumstick.
Computerized Pair Matching
All SilverFox drumsticks are sorted by weight. They are then matched into pairs using a program that records and analyzes the resonance of each stick, compares it with others, and selects identical-sounding sticks for a pair. Thanks to this process, every pair of SilverFox drumsticks is perfectly matched in terms of weight and resonance.
