Only the highest quality wood is selected for SilverFox sticks, which is dried at a strictly defined humidity level to prevent the sticks from cracking or warping.
Precise Manufacturing Process
Each SilverFox drumstick is shaped on a high-precision lathe, ensuring a perfectly straight profile. After obtaining the perfect shape, the sticks are finished in a 5-step sanding and smoothing process. The process is completed by individually lacquering each stick with Duracrylx™. This coating is harder than regular lacquer, which means SilverFox sticks have a two to three times longer lifespan than competing sticks.

SilverFox sticks are individually and repeatedly checked during various production stages. This uncompromising approach to quality control ensures the ideal balance and shape of every drumstick.
Computer Pitch Pairing
All SilverFox sticks are sorted by weight. They are then paired using a program that records and analyzes the resonance of each stick, compares it with others, and assigns identical-sounding sticks to a pair. Thanks to this process, every pair of SilverFox drumsticks is perfectly matched in terms of weight and resonance.
