Description
For over forty years, the name Superstar has stood for groundbreaking design, excellent craftsmanship, refined sound, and strong projection. The Superstar Classic series continues this tradition, raising the bar for demanding drummers – and, importantly, doing so at a very competitive price.
Inspired by classic TAMA kits from the past, this model refers to the aesthetics of the 1970s with the characteristic classic TAMA “T” badge and minimalist, lightweight lugs. At the same time, modern solutions such as the Star-Mount system have been used to improve resonance and allow the toms to sound more freely. The shells are made from 100% maple and are thinner than in many competing kits, which translates into greater dynamics and sound sensitivity.
The whole set also stands out with its distinctive finish.
