The DW5000 has been modernized to be more stable and reliable. Many drummers were looking for the old DW mechanism based on a single chain, which provided unique playability. For this purpose, the DW5002AH4 double bass drum pedal was created, based on a single chain and featuring a classic footboard model originating from the first releases of this mechanism.
