The DW 9000 series hi-hat stand features a patented double eccentric cam designed to increase footboard sensitivity. Using this patent, a unique mechanism was created that is extremely fast and sensitive to changes in playing dynamics. The infinitely adjustable spring tension feature allows for precise adjustment to balance the weight of the top cymbal, creating a custom feel.
