Description

Evans Black Chrome B-Stock drumhead set includes sizes 10", 12" and 16". These are two-ply heads designed mainly for toms, with a black, glossy finish and a more controlled sound character.

The construction consists of two plies: a clear 7 mil layer and a black top layer of 8 mil. This combination increases head durability, limits excessive sustain, and emphasizes the midrange and low end.

The Black Chrome series works well in rock, metal, progressive music, and other styles where a stronger, more focused tom sound and greater sustain control are needed. The black, mirror-like finish also affects the look of the drum kit.
