Description
The Tango line of artisan cajons features two sets of three pre-tuned metal micro-coiled strings that are mounted on the inside of the playing surface to provide a crisp snare effect. These strings are hand-wound in the style of master cajon builder José "Pepote" Hernández Diaz. Rounded corners and thumb notches at the top of the frontplate and resonating body optimize playing comfort and sound. The 9 mm thick, 7-ply Baltic Birch shell develops the sound into a full, punchy tone that is clear and warm. Made in Spain.
