Description
MEINL Percussion Pickup Jam Cajon with permanently installed internal snare wires and a passive piezo pickup is an excellent choice for musicians who often play outside the home. Its compact and lightweight construction makes it easy to take to a jam session, acoustic concert, or rehearsal. The instrument is made in Europe from high-quality Baltic birch, offering a strong, deep bass when striking the center of the front plate and a clear, snare-like “slap” when playing in the upper corners. The built-in piezo pickup, volume control, and 6.3 mm jack output allow the cajon to be quickly connected to an amplifier or PA system, providing properly amplified sound during rehearsals and live performances.
