Description
The Meinl Sonic Energy Stainless Steel Handpan Care Set consists of a professional cleaner and a protectant to remove dirt, stains, and greasy residues from stainless steel handpans and then seal them.
Instructions:
First, clean the handpan using the Meinl Sonic Energy Handpan Cleaner!
1. Start by spraying the cleaner on the playing surface of the handpan from a distance of approx. 8" / 20 cm. Ensure the cleaner is applied evenly.
2. Let it work for 3 minutes.
3. Simply wipe it off completely with the included dry, lint-free cloth.
4. Repeat this process for areas that are difficult to clean.
Now use the Meinl Sonic Energy Stainless Steel Handpan Protectant!
5. Shake the bottle before use.
6. Spray the protectant onto an absorbent cloth (not directly onto the handpan) and wipe the handpan with it. If the oil film layer has not been removed yet, the appearance of the surface may seem irregular (incomplete wetting).
7. After a short drying time (approx. 1-2 minutes), wipe the handpan with a dry cloth and polish it.
8. Leave the protection to dry completely for approx. 4 to 5 hours.
Afterward, your handpan is clean and protected. Repeat this treatment after a few days or weeks, depending on its condition.
