MEINL Percussion Bass Series Ergo Bass Cajon – Maple
The MEINL Ergo Bass Cajon is an instrument created for drummers who need a strong acoustic foundation during performances where a full drum kit is not required. Thanks to its unique design and the use of carefully selected materials, this cajon offers a powerful, deep bass and clear sound articulation.
The maple frontplate provides an incredibly precise response, warm midtones, and clear high frequencies. Combining these properties with a solid low end results in the perfect sound for a subwoofer-style cajon.
The uniquely profiled resonating shell increases projection and allows for the development of wide, undulating bass tones. An exceptionally wide playing surface and rounded sides and back support the natural generation of low frequencies inside the instrument. Built-in fixed snare wires add a clear snare effect that perfectly complements the deep bass.
