The MEINL Sonic Energy Binaural Therapy therapeutic tuning fork allows you to guide the mind into various brainwave states. Made of high-quality nickel-plated steel, it is larger and heavier than standard tuning forks. Thanks to its construction, it resonates longer and requires less frequent striking during therapy.

To achieve the binaural effect, activate the Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork and the Master Fork 128 Hz (TTF-128; available separately) and hold them near the right and left ears. The difference between the frequencies is recognized by the brain, which perceives it as a third frequency leading to the desired brainwave state.

The Alpha 139 Hz model was developed to affect brainwaves in the 8–12 Hz range. These frequencies are associated with relaxation and peace of mind. Alpha waves promote relaxation while remaining active, stress reduction, and improved learning ability.
