NINO® Original African Style Rope Tuned Wood Djembe is a high-quality percussion instrument inspired by traditional African djembes. The shell is hand-carved from a single piece of mahogany from controlled plantations, providing excellent resonance and a deep, dynamic sound.

The instrument is crafted with great attention to detail – the hand-carved construction and carefully selected goat skin head guarantee a natural, warm tone and a wide palette of sounds: from deep bass to clear slaps and tones. The tuning system using durable PP nylon ropes allows for easy adjustment of head tension and stable tuning.
