Description
The new Paiste 900 series features cymbals manufactured in the company's Swiss factory, traditionally for Paiste using machine techniques from top-grade B8 bronze (utilizing an alloy named 2002 Bronze), under strict computer control. The sound of the Paiste 900 series is intended to evoke the old 1000 series. Washy, with prominent high overtones. For tonal balance, the cymbals are slightly aged; as a result, the sound is slightly darker, the sustain is shorter, and the presence is exceptional.
