PEARL Decade Maple Rock C828 is an acoustic drum kit from the Decade Maple series, equipped with maple shells, a snare drum, and a Pearl hardware pack. The Rock 22"/10"/12"/16"/14" configuration works well in rock, pop, funk, fusion, and versatile stage, studio, and rehearsal room playing.

The shells are made entirely from maple. The EvenPly-Six Maple Shell construction has 6 plies and a thickness of 5.4 mm, giving the kit fast response, clear attack, a warm midrange, and full sustain. The 22" bass drum provides a stable low end, while the 16" floor tom supports stronger fills and playing with higher dynamics.

The toms are mounted on the Opti-Loc Suspension System, which reduces shell choking and helps preserve their natural resonance. The kit is also equipped with NDL Mini Lugs, triple-flanged hoops, and Uni-Lock Gearless Tom Arms. This makes the instrument stable, easy to position, and practical for everyday use.

The C828 Matte Dark Walnut finish has a restrained wood character and fits well on stage, in the studio, and in the rehearsal room. The set also includes Pearl HWP-834 hardware, consisting of a bass drum pedal, hi-hat stand, snare stand, and two boom cymbal stands.
