Pearl Reference One is a premium drum kit, created for drummers looking for excellent sound and a professional look. In this series, Pearl has applied the "Reference Recipe," selecting the appropriate thickness and materials for each drum to optimize their individual sound. The 20"x16" bass drum, made of mahogany and maple, offers a deep, powerful sound. Toms with various wood configurations provide a diverse sound palette — from the clear tone of the 10" and 12" maple toms to the full sound of floor toms made of mahogany.
The kit includes durable MasterCast hoops, the STL-100 lug system, and Remo drumheads, which provide reliability and stability even during intense playing. The R2 independent pneumatic tom suspension and the 12 mm L-Rod mount minimize vibrations, allowing the drums to resonate fully.
