Custom series snare wires are constructed from evenly spaced, medium-gauge wire with standard coil density. The Custom series offers five different strand count configurations, allowing you to choose the desired balance between the snare drum shell and the snare wire components. Models with a higher strand count emphasize the snare response, while those with fewer strands leave more room for the sound of the shell.
