Description
Remo Ambassador® Classic Fit 16" is a specialist drumhead designed for vintage instruments, especially drums made before the mid-1960s. Its construction has been adapted to work properly with historic shells, which often have different dimensions and bearing edge profiles than modern standards.
The Classic Fit model features a thinner hoop and a flatter profile, allowing a better fit on older shells and stable seating on the edge. This makes installation easier, while tuning becomes more even and predictable.
The head retains the open, clear sound with plenty of natural resonance characteristic of the Ambassador® series, making it an excellent choice both for restoring classic drum kits and for regular use.
