Roland KDP-5 Kick Drum Patch is a high-quality self-adhesive protective patch designed for kick pads in Roland V-Drums electronic drum kits. It was designed to effectively protect the pad surface from wear caused by beater strikes, while maintaining a natural playing feel.
Thanks to its multi-layer construction made from durable fabric, resin, and strong adhesive, the KDP-5 significantly extends the life of the pad. The patch works with plastic, felt, and wooden beaters, allowing safe use also with beaters that, without additional protection, may accelerate wear of the playing surface. The characteristic notched profile provides very strong adhesion even during intensive playing.
It is a practical accessory for every electronic drum kit user, helping protect the kick pad head and reduce maintenance costs.
