Description
The SONITUS Kicker All In One 18x14" drum muffler dampens both the front and rear bass drumheads. The muffler is made of a specially structured polyester foam that allows for the best parameters. The Kicker was designed for all bass drum diameters and depths, being manufactured in constant proportions for each of them, which means that the percentage of air volume is always the same for both smaller and larger bass drums. The design and material of the muffler ensure a clean sound at low frequencies, while mid-range frequency noise is absorbed. The result is a powerful and very focused sound.
In the new bass drum muffler from Sonitus, the drummer has the option of using a boundary microphone - Shure Beta 91A. The Kicker All-In-One is equipped with Velcro tape, which allows for a secure microphone connection in the designated area. The tape is ideal for this type of mounting because the fine fibers reduce vibrations that could interfere with the microphone's operation. If you need to attach another microphone model, we recommend a dedicated microphone stand for the Kicker All-In-One and Kicker 2.0 mufflers. The Kicker All-In-One also gives the user an additional option to control the damping force by removing or adding a cylindrical muffler element.
