Description
SONOR SQ1 Birch 14" x 6.5" snare drum has a birch shell with a 7-ply construction and a thickness of 7 mm. The 14" x 6.5" size gives a fuller sound than shallower snare drums, while maintaining fast response and a clear attack.
The shell edges are cut at a 45° angle. The snare drum has 2.3 mm Power Hoops, chrome hardware, SONOR double lugs, and the TuneSafe system, which helps maintain stable tuning during playing.
The model uses a Dual Glide Snare Strainer. The Satin Gold Metallic finish has a satin, metallic character and matches well with the chrome hardware.
