Description

TAMA Starclassic Performer is a drum kit with hybrid maple/birch shells. The combination of these wood types gives a balanced sound with clear attack, good projection, and a full low end.

The tom and floor tom shells are 6 mm thick and consist of 4 plies of birch and 2 inner plies of maple. The bass drum shell has a construction of 5 plies of birch and 2 inner plies of maple, providing a stronger sound foundation for the bass drum.

The set is equipped with Die-Cast hoops, Evans® heads, the Star-Cast mounting system, and two single MC69 tom holders.
