Description
Vater VWTB Beantown Brush - vintage drum brushes
Vater Beantown Brush are drum brushes inspired by classic models from past decades. They were designed for a soft jazz sound, quick response, and a natural “swish” on the snare drum.
Thinner wires provide greater flexibility and a softer attack, while the 0.530" handle diameter gives a lighter, more agile feel in the hand. The brushes work well in jazz, big band, acoustic music, and anywhere dynamic control and subtle sound are needed.
The reddish-brown color of the rubber handle refers to the style of old brushes and to Boston, known as “Beantown,” where the history of Vater stick production began.
