The SCS1 model is high-end snare drum sticks for demanding symphonic musicians, made of selected persimmon – a wood known for its exceptional rigidity and ability to generate dark, deep tones. These sticks are an evolution of the classic SD1 model – they are slightly longer and thicker, featuring an extended taper and a thinner neck, providing extraordinary response, control, and rich timbre.
Additionally, the SCS1 model is produced to a strict pitch specification, ensuring higher-pitched, perfectly matched sticks with a consistent playing character. The lacquer finish provides grip comfort even during longer performances.
