YAMAHA DFP9CL Twin Pedal (Lefty) is an advanced double bass drum pedal with a chain drive, designed specifically for left-handed drummers. The construction is based on a double chain and an adjustable 3-position cam, allowing precise customization of the feel to match your playing style – from a fast, responsive attack to a powerful, heavy stroke.
The pedal offers exceptional smoothness and response thanks to ball bearings placed at key pivot points, including the universal joint shaft connecting the slave pedal to the main pedal. It features a patented spring tension adjustment system with auto-lock, a swivel spring mount for reduced resistance, and a contoured, long footboard. An added advantage is the beaters with adjustable weight using removable weights (brass and steel), as well as anti-slip heel spikes that ensure ideal stability on rugs and carpets.
