The MEINL Sonic Energy Binaural Therapy therapeutic tuning fork is designed to help enter various brainwave states. Made of high-quality nickel-plated steel, it is larger and heavier than standard tuning forks. As a result, it resonates longer, requiring less frequent striking during therapy.

To achieve the binaural effect, activate the Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork and the Master Fork 128 Hz (TTF-128; available separately) and hold them near the right and left ears. The brain recognizes the difference between the two frequencies, perceiving a third frequency that helps achieve the desired brainwave state.

The Beta 150 Hz model is created to affect brainwaves in the 12–30 Hz range, which increase alertness and analytical skills.
