GRV Floor Tom 16" x 14" Torn Red – floor tom with poplar shell
This is an acoustic 16" x 14" floor tom by GRV in Torn Red finish. The drum can be used as an addition to a drum set or as a replacement floor tom for a configuration where a lower and fuller sound is needed than smaller toms can provide.
The floor tom shell is made from poplar with a thickness of 8 mm. This construction provides a simple, universal sound character with clear attack and controlled sustain. The 16" x 14" size offers more low end and greater sonic mass than compact 14" floor toms, so it works well for learning, rehearsals, home practice, and basic stage configurations.
The Torn Red finish is a red-style wrap that matches GRV kits in the same color. The 1.6 mm hoops provide basic tuning stability and practical use during everyday playing.
