Description

EVANS HD Dry is a batter head designed for drummers who expect maximum durability, precise response, and advanced overtone control. Thanks to precision-drilled "dry vents", unwanted stray overtones are effectively eliminated, resulting in a tight and controlled sound.

The drumhead features a two-ply construction: an outer 5 mil coated ply and an inner 7.5 mil ply, complemented by an internal 2 mil overtone control ring underneath. This design delivers a slightly defined attack, short sustain, and a slightly darker tone compared to standard EVANS HD drumheads.

The coated surface increases wear resistance and extends the head's lifespan, while the integrated Level 360 Technology ensures easy tuning, a wider tonal range, and optimal sound quality across the entire playing surface. It is an excellent choice for situations where control, articulation, and sound consistency are essential – both on stage and in the studio.
