Description
Snareweight M1 Sea Foam - magnetic dampener for snare drum and toms
Snareweight M1 is a magnetic dampener for controlling overtones, sustain, and drum decay length. The model works without glue, tape, or gels, so it does not stick to the drumhead and can be quickly removed from the instrument.
M1 offers lighter damping than the M80. It allows four operating levels: very light, light, medium, and off. This makes it suitable when subtle resonance control is needed without strongly shortening the natural sound of the drum.
The Sea Foam version has a color inspired by the paint of a classic 1961 Chevrolet. The dampener can be used on snare drums, toms, and floor toms, especially in situations where quick decay adjustment is needed without changing the tuning.

Additional information:
Snareweight M1 fits many drum sizes, including 8", 9", 10", 12", 13", 14", 16", and 18". It can be used on snare drums, toms, and floor toms.
The dampener works with triple flanged hoops, die-cast hoops, Angel Hoops, and true hoops. It is not recommended for S-Hoops or Tama Arc Hoops.
The M1 model works well for drummers who need more delicate damping than the M80 and want to keep a more open, natural drum sound.
