Description
The book contains dozens of educational play scenarios based on 13 songs and 1 dance. Teachers, animators, and parents receive clear instructions for working with groups of varying sizes and ages (3-10 years). The songs are written in musical notation and the CHROMA-NOTES™ color-coding, allowing them to be played on Boomwhackers.
The color system is also used to arrange the accompaniment for Boomwhackers in the songs. For each piece, 5 to 8 activities are proposed. Due to their diversity, it is possible to work on different skills every time: musical, artistic, memory, manual, and language skills. These activities improve concentration, visual-motor-auditory coordination, and teach group cooperation.
The included CD contains the songs and their instrumental versions. Additionally, practical slides with song lyrics and color-coded notation are included for use on a computer, projector, or TV.
